Please follow the steps below to access the support you need for the following IT systems that support our health and safety activities at the University:

The following steps relate to system queries only. For any other query or for guidance on decisions relating to health and safety, please contact your Area or Divisional Safety Officer, or the Safety Office as appropriate.

 

Many system-related queries are covered either in your system training or are mentioned in the accompanying guidance materials. Please consult these first to look for the solution to your query.

Self-service requests have been created for common support queries as a way of saving you, and the system support team, time and effort in chasing for required information. Please use one of these requests where available.

Support for our health and safety systems is provided by the Health and Safety Systems Support team with the help of the HR Systems department.

If you were unable to resolve your query yourself and no self-service request exists for the topic, then please email the team with your query and as much detail as you can provide:

Your email will generate a support ticket on the OSM system used by all Helpdesk teams at the University and you will be sent a confirmation email with your ticket number.

We will endeavour to resolve your query as soon as we can.
