Access steps

The steps below should be completed by someone who will be fulfilling a safety role on the IRIS system:

  1. Identify the IRIS user roles required for the user 
  2. Undertake the required training for the user role 
  3. Request a user account be created on IRIS 

Amending a user's access on IRIS

To amend a user's access on IRIS or to request other changes to the system, please use the IRIS self-service requests.

 

Undertake the required training for the user role

The following training has been identified as being required for the IRIS user roles. Access will not be granted to IRIS for a user until the mandatory training for their user role(s) has been completed. 

Each module is short and takes typically 10-15 minutes to complete.

Note: Information security and data privacy awareness training

If this training has been completed within the last 12 months, there is no need to re-take this course
