This policy explains the University’s arrangements for compliance with the legislation and guidance on safety representatives and safety committees.
The functions, rights and arrangements described in the document apply separately to each recognised trade union and therefore any investigation or inspection by one does not preclude the others from carrying out separate investigations or inspections.
